Guidelines for Abstract Submissions

Dedicated sessions will focus on  providing an overview of food safety and the consumer perspective, consumer issues (risk, understanding and choice), the consumer and the industry, food safety, security and climate change, (re)emerging issues (such as nanotechnology,  microbiology and authenticity), how to prevent fraud, food safety regulation and the law (socio-economic impact assessment), food allergens, chemical contaminants and mycotoxins.
